These terms govern your use of the Sundial website and app, provided by Sundial, Inc. By creating an account or using Sundial, you agree to them. If you do not, that is okay, you can simply not use the service.

Sundial is a gentle wellbeing tool that helps you shape the rhythm of your ordinary days. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified person. If you are struggling, please reach out to someone who can help.

Sundial offers small suggestions you are always free to ignore. It never acts on its own, and the choices about your day remain entirely yours.

You are responsible for keeping your account details safe and for the activity on your account. Please use Sundial for lawful, personal purposes, and do not try to disrupt, misuse, or reverse engineer the service.

The free plan lets you shape one ideal day and get gentle nudges, with no time limit. The Sundial plan is a paid subscription, billed in your chosen currency, and you can cancel any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Notice, and your controls are described in Your data and Deletion. In short, we keep only what Sundial needs, we never sell it, and you can delete everything whenever you like.

Sundial and its software, design, and content are owned by Sundial, Inc. and its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, personal right to use the service, and no ownership of it.

Sundial is provided on an as-is basis, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sundial is not liable for indirect or consequential harm arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
