Sundial, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We make a calm consumer product that helps your ordinary days feel more like yours. This notice covers our website and the Sundial app, and it is written to be read, not to be survived.

To help shape your days, Sundial keeps the ideal day-shapes you describe, the rough rhythm of how your days tend to go, and how you respond to the small nudges it offers. That is the information that lets it lean gently in the direction you chose.

We follow a simple rule: keep only what Sundial needs to help, and nothing more. We do not want a detailed record of your life, and we do not collect one.

We do not sell your information, ever. We do not share it with advertisers, and we do not build a profile of you to trade. Sundial is paid for by the people who use it, not by anyone buying access to them.

On the website we collect what you choose to give us, such as your name and email when you create an account or write to us, so we can reply and provide the service. We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used, and no more.

Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited and logged, and we keep it only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we delete it.

You can see what Sundial holds, export it, correct it, or delete all of it whenever you like, from the app or by writing to care@sundial.day. You can pause Sundial at any time, and pausing stops any new learning. See Your data and Deletion for the plain steps.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. We honor those requests worldwide, because it is the right way to treat the people who trust us.
