We say what Sundial can and cannot do, and we write the same way internally. When something is not working, we say so early and fix it quietly.

Senior Product Engineer
You will build the core Sundial experience: the day-shape editor, the nudge engine, and the gentle replay that shows how real days came together. You care about feel as much as correctness, and you know the right interaction takes longer to design than to build.
Product Designer
Sundial's entire promise lives in the quality of its interactions. You will shape how people describe their ideal day, how nudges arrive, and how the comparison between intent and reality is shown, without ever making anyone feel like they fell short.
ML Engineer, Gentle Personalization
You will build the models that learn a person's real rhythm from light signals: when they wake, how their energy moves, where their days drift from their ideal shape. Accuracy matters, but so does restraint. The nudges should feel like a quiet suggestion, not a demand.
Community and Care
You will be the voice that greets people when something goes wrong or when they simply want to share how a week went. You write warmly, listen carefully, and understand that care is not a department, it is the whole point.
