About
Days worth living again.
Sundial exists because ordinary days kept slipping by, and the tools meant to help made them feel like a checklist instead. We wanted something gentler.
Mission
Make your ordinary days feel like yours again.
Most people know the feeling. The day ends and it does not quite feel like it belonged to them. Not because anything went wrong, but because the shape of the day, the rhythm of it, the small good things in it, got crowded out by everything else.
Sundial starts with a question: what does an ordinary day look like when it goes the way you wish it would? Not a perfect day. Not a highlight reel. Just a quiet, good, ordinary Tuesday. You describe it. Sundial learns your real life from the lightest signals and gently shapes your actual days toward that shape, one small nudge at a time, then shows you how close you came.
It is not a planner. It is not a habit tracker. There are no streaks to keep, no points to earn, and no one telling you what a good day is supposed to look like. That part is up to you.

Two people, one feeling.
Nora Ellison
Co-founder and CEO
Santa Fe, NM
A product designer who spent a decade building calendars and habit apps, and grew quietly tired of tools that turned her days into a checklist. She started Sundial to build the opposite, something that helps a day feel like yours.
Julian Reyes
Co-founder and CTO
Boulder, CO
A machine-learning engineer who has built personal, on-your-side software for years. He leads how Sundial learns your real rhythm from the lightest signals, and keeps the nudges small, private, and easy to ignore.
Founders shown are fictional, for this illustrative company site.
How we work
The things we will not do.
A few commitments that shape every product decision, from how the nudges are chosen to how your data is kept.
No streaks, no guilt
Sundial never punishes a missed day. There is no chain to break, no score to protect. If life gets busy, you pick up wherever you are and the nudges resume from there.
One small thing at a time
Change that sticks is almost always quiet. Sundial surfaces one tiny nudge, not a full overhaul, and measures whether it lands over weeks rather than demanding a response by tomorrow.
Your rhythm, not ours
A good ordinary day looks different for everyone. Sundial learns your real patterns from the lightest signals and shapes toward the texture you described, not toward some idea of what a productive day should look like.
Honest about what it can do
Sundial is not magic. It cannot hand you free time or change your circumstances. It can help the time you already have feel a little more like the day you meant to have.
Begin gently
Let tomorrow feel a little more like yours.
Describe one ordinary day you wish you had. Sundial will take it from there, one small nudge at a time. Free to start, nothing to keep up with.
